Richard Czoski, Executive Director
Richard has over 21 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including asset, property and project management.
He has negotiated over 3 million square feet of leases and managed portfolios as large as 4 million SF with
properties located across the US.
In addition to his real estate experience, Richard has managed several major construction
projects. After graduating from the University of Colorado, he spent eight years in the engineering and
construction industry in Southeast Asia, Saudi Arabia and the western US. He has worked for major firms such as
Fluor Corp, Jones Lang LaSalle and Brookfield Properties. He resides in Santa Fe with his wife and two daughters.

Steven Robinson, President
Steven Robinson is an architect and planning consultant with a wide range of experience working with private clients, public agencies and academic institutions. His award winning architectural designs embody and advance the aesthetics of regional architecture and community planning.
As the Principal in Steven Robinson Architects, he has designed private residences, art galleries, theaters, athletic facilities, multi-family housing, historic restorations, public parks and large scale mixed use master plans. Major projects in New Mexico include the Gerald Peters Gallery, Bartolome Sanchez Land Grant, Awakening Museum, Rio Chama Restaurant and award winning custom homes. The firm has expertise in the design of climatically responsive buildings and ecologically sustainable land use plans.
Mr. Robinson's architecture is featured in the documentary film "Energy from the Day Star". He is author of the pioneering book The Energy Efficient Home, a comprehensive guide for energy and water conservation and the use of solar, wind and wood power published by The New American Library. Mr. Robinson has taught at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and has served as a consultant to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. He has presented his work at four National Passive Solar conferences and at the International Passive and Hybrid Cooling conference.
As a community leader, Mr. Robinson is the president of the Santa Fe Railyard Community Corporation, the non-profit corporation developing the city-owned 50 acre downtown property. He was founding member of the Santa Fe Land Use Resource Center and the Neighborhood Coalition, and has served on the Board of Directors Advisory Council of 1000 Friends of New Mexico and the National Board of Advisors of Cornerstones Community Partnerships. He initiated, organized and conducted the "Forum on Growth Management" sponsored by the Thaw Charitable Trust in 1995. Mr. Robinson has been the featured public speaker at the National Preservation Conference of the National Trust Historic Preservation, the Forum on Ancient Futures for New Communities, Sustainable Communities of New Mexico and the Free Form of Santa Fe.
Mr. Robinson is a Registered Architect, certified through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in Liberal Arts and received a Master of Architecture from Yale University.

Donald Meyer, Vice President
Donald Meyer is a lawyer and former partner, for 25 years, in charge of business and banking litigation, as well
as arts and entertainment, for the New Orleans firm Shushan, Meyer, Jackson & McPherson. Most recently,
Mr. Meyer served as Executive Director for the Western States Arts Federation, a regional arts organization
serving twelve western states. Since his relocation to Santa Fe, he has been actively involved in arts
administration, arts advocacy and community involvement in the arts. His service on various Boards and
Commissions includes, SITE Santa Fe, Santa Fe Youth Symphony, Santa Fe Arts Commission, Citizens Advisory
Board Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico, and as President of Santa Fe Stages. Mr. Meyer has been
actively involved in the development process of Railyard properties since 1994 and was elected to the
SFRCC Board in 1998.

Jean Berinati, Secretary
Jean Berinati is the co-organizer and current President of the Historic Guadalupe Neighborhood
Association. In addition to the Santa Fe Railyard Community Corporation, her present Board memberships include the Land Use
Resource Center and the Old Santa Fe Association. In the past she has served on the Board of the Friends
of the Santa Fe Public Library. She is an active member of the Santa Fe community who has volunteered her time with the 4C's
Committee, Regional and Urban Design Assistance Team (R/UDAT) and Partnerships in Education. Her professional
background includes experiences as a recruiter and evaluator for OEO/VISTA and as a licensed real estate agent..

David Vlaming, Treasurer
David Vlaming has been a Santa Fe resident for the past 16 years. Formerly the President and CEO of First Interstate Bank of New Mexico, Mr. Vlaming has over 35 years of banking experience. He is the former Director and President of United Way of Santa Fe and Santa Fe Economic Development, and has served as Director on two affordable housing projects for the Santa Fe Community Housing Trust and Tierra Contenta. Additional Santa Fe community involvement includes service with Santa Fe Habitat for Humanity and ATC Charter School. Mr. Vlaming was elected to the SFRCC Board in April 2002.

Craig Barnes
Craig Barnes is an expert in political science and international affairs, having balanced a
30-year law practice in civil, land and women's rights with work as an international mediator, author,
essayist, playwright and radio commentator. He has been active in the development of the Railyard since 1991 and
participated in groups that formulated the R/UDAT and resulting Community Plan. During the 1990s he
assisted the Neighborhood Coalition and Land Use Resource Center (LURC) in the development of the Mountain Zone
and Early Neighborhood Notification ordinances. In 1999-2000 he facilitated discussions between the
City Councilors and County Commissioners leading to the joint creation of the Regional Planning Authority.

Ellen Bradbury
Ellen Bradbury is the Director/Founder of Recursos De Santa Fe, a non-profit designed to stimulate an active intellectual and artistic exchange of ideas and to bridge the gap between academe and popular audiences. Ms. Bradbury has also been involved with the Santa Fe Festival of the Arts, Director of the Museum of Fine Arts, Consultant to Regis Collection of Contemporary 20th Century American Art in Minneapolis, Guest Curator with Manos de Mexico in St. Paul, Curator of Primitive Arts at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts and Registrar and Curator of Pre-Columbian Art in Minneapolis.
Ms. Bradbury received her B.A. from the University of New Mexico as well as her M.A. continuing with Advanced Graduate Study in the Ph. D. program in American Art at UNM. She also attended Yale from 1967-1968.
She grew up in Los Alamos where her father worked on the Manhattan Project.

Stan Crawford
Stan Crawford
Stanley Crawford and his wife Rose Mary have lived and farmed the Embudo Valley of Northern New Mexico since 1970, where they raised their two children, Adam and Kate.
Crawford is the author of six books, including Mayordomo: Chronicle of an Acequia in Northern New Mexico and A Garlic Testament: Seasons on a Small New Mexico Farm, both published by the University of New Mexico Press. His River in Winter: New and Selected Essays was also published by the University of New Mexico Press in 2003.
In addition to his two non-fiction books, Crawford has published four novels. Petroleum Man, a satirical novel, will be released by The Overlook Press, New York, in early 2005. His essays and reviews have appeared in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Smithsonian Magazine, and High Country News. His work was the subject of a major review in The New Yorker Magazine.
Crawford has been the recipient of numerous writing awards and fellowships, the most recent of which is a 3-year Lila Wallace-Reader's Digest Foundation Writing Award. His degrees include a B.A. from Chicago and an M.A. from the University of California, Berkley.
Stanley Crawford chaired the board of directors of the Santa Fe Area Farmers' Market from 1983 through 1997, during which time the organization evolved from a volunteer group with no budget to a professional organization with full-time and part-time staff members.
From early 1998 through 2000 he served as Project Director for the Friends of the Farmers' Market to develop a permanent farmers' market site on the city-owned Railyard property in downtown Santa Fe, under a Ford Foundation grant. In that position he was instrumental in raising over $1 million in private and public funding for planning and construction of a permanent farmers' market facility in the Railyard.
He is past chairman of the board of Northern New Mexico Legal Services, Santa Fe, and Taos Art Association, Taos. Crawford was elected to the SFRCC board in 2000.

Lorenzo De Leon
Lorenzo De Leon has lived in Santa Fe for over 50 years. As President of Santa Fe Heritage, since 1985 he has increased sales from $180,000 to $2 million annually. In addition he is the sole proprietor of Antiquity and has worked as a Management Consultant for Innovative Strategies. He has served on the Mayor's Small Business Advisory Board and is a member of the Northern New Mexico Wood Worker's Guild. Mr. De Leon was elected to the SFRCC Board in April 2002.

Gilbert Delgado
Gilbert Delgado, Ph. D is a consultant on special education and former Superintendent at the New Mexico School for the Deaf. He began his career as an educator for the deaf in 1952 and has contributed to the field of education of the deaf as an administrator and published scholar. His previous teaching appointments include professorships at Santa Fe Community College, New Mexico State University, and Gallaudet University. Mr. Delgado has also served on the College of Santa Fe Board of Trustees and is a member of the National Association of the Deaf. He is a member of the Delgado family, which is now in its 10th generation in New Mexico, and is the brother of Larry Delgado, current Mayor of Santa Fe. Mr. Delgado was elected to the SFRCC Board in April 2002.

Robert Dunn
Robert Dunn is the President and founder of Robert Dunn Real Estate, Inc. His experience in the Santa Fe real estate market spans over 23 years. He served as President of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors in 1995, and in 1999 was President of the Realtors Association of New Mexico. He was a member of The National Association of Realtors Land Use, Property Rights, and Environment Committee. In 1989 he was named Santa Fe Association's Realtor of the Year. On the state level, he is currently active on the Legislative and Budget Committees, and has previously served as Legal Affairs Committee chair and Strategic Planning chair.
Robert Dunn's community involvement includes seven years serving on the Board of La Nueva Vida, he was Realtor Liaison for United Way, sponsor for The Jimmy Huega Snow Express for Multiple Sclerosis, and is a member of The Rotary Club of Santa Fe.
In 2003 he was appointed by Governor Richardson to the New Mexico Real Estate Commission and is currently its President. Mr. Dunn was appointed to the SFRCC Board in April 2002.

Stephen Easley, Ph.D.
Dr. Stephen Easley was appointed to the Santa Fe Railyard Community Corporation Board of Directors in January 2004. Outside of the Railyard, he is currently serving as Chief Information Officer (principal information technology executive) for the New Mexico Department of Public Safety (State Police) in Santa Fe, an appointment by Governor Richardson. Dr. Easley has over 30 years experience in research, computer operations and management. Currently he is charged with responsibility for managing the NMDPS IT Division, IT project review and oversight, IT policy development, and IT strategic planning for the agency. Dr. Easley also serves as the Chair of the State CIO Council, and has been a member of the New Mexico Telehealth and Health Information Technology Commission since the Governor appointed him in 2005.
Prior to serving at DPS, Dr. Easley worked as the Deputy State CIO in the Governor’s Office of the CIO, the State Director of Information Security for the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security, and the CIO for the Governor’s Office of Workforce Training and Development. Before coming to Santa Fe in 2003, Dr. Easley started and ran for 8 years a successful IT company in Alamogordo, New Mexico.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Easley taught at Washington University-St. Louis, Jefferson College, Purdue University and New Mexico State University. For his Ph.D. dissertation he studied the behavioral ecology of small monkeys in the Amazon jungle of Peru. Later he spent time researching in the field of Behavioral Medicine and Biology as well as serving as a US Department of Energy Fellow. Dr. Easley served as Director of the Behavioral Biology Division for the NMSU Primate Center at Holloman AFB, Director of the Center for Electromagnetic Research for New Mexico State University and as a consultant to the US Public Health Service's National Institutes of Health. He was also a research scientist in the Behavioral Medicine Laboratory at the Southwest Foundation for Biomedical Research in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Easley has been active in community organizations including Santa Fe Downtown Rotary Club, White Sands (Alamogordo) Rotary Club, Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce, Otero County Economic Development Council, NMSU-A Theater-on-the-Hill Guild, Alamogordo Committee of Fifty, and Partner and Director for the Alamogordo Enchanted Jazz and Blues Festival. He holds a B.A. in Spanish from Purdue University and an A.M. and Ph.D. in Biological Anthropology from Washington University-St Louis. He is married and has two grown daughters.

Anthony Hatch
Anthony Hatch was appointed to the Santa Fe Railyard Community Corporation Board of Directors in December 2005. Anthony Hatch is an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico, School of Communication and Journalism. He served in senior level communications capacities for Walt Disney Imagineering, Citicorp's Quotron Systems, Atlantic Richfield and Times Mirror. His work as a TV and radio journalist and news executive for CBS in New York and Jerusalem was recognized by two Emmys among other awards. He brought his considerable broadcast expertise to Santa Fe when he established a news department for public station KSFR-FM in 2002. Hatch, who has also taught at CCN1 and UCLA, earned his undergraduate degree in American History and International Relations from Hobart College and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Devon Ross
Devon Ross has worked as an organizational development consultant since 1985, predominantly in the education and non-profit sectors. Prior to that he had served as executive director of several non-profit organizations and professional associations on both state and national levels. In the field of education, he has been a teacher, program director and adjunct lecturer.
With an undergraduate degree in architecture and studio arts, he has carried on an architectural avocation for the past thirty- five years including several years as the owner of a design/build firm in the residential market. Throughout that same period of time he has been involved in the fine arts as a sculptor, largely by commission although exhibiting on occasion, most recently in Santa Fe.
He is currently acting executive director of an emerging non-profit known as Pro-Youth Incorporated. This organization will be initiating and assisting numerous programs on behalf of youth at risk. Mr. Ross was elected to the SFRCC Board in February 2004.

Pennington Way III
Pennington Way has been a Santa Fe resident since 2005. As the former Executive Vice President of Reliance National Insurance in New York City, Mr. Way has over 35 years of commercial insurance experience. Since coming to Santa Fe, Mr. Way has become active in several community organizations as a member of the Rotary Club, is a Board Member of the Rotary’s Foundation for the Arts; actively volunteers at the Wheelwright Museum; and is a Board Member of Estancia Primera Home Owners Association. Currently Mr. Way is a part-time employee of the Santa Fe Southern Railway. He was elected to the SFRCC Board in January, 2007.
